1. Open to UK residents aged 18 and over at the time of entry, except employees and their immediate families of H.J. Heinz Company Ltd. and each of its group companies, their agents and anyone professionally connected to this Promotion.
2. To enter simply go to www.lovesauces.com/register and register to receive the Heinz Lovesauces email.
3. There are four prizes of £250 to be won. Each of the prizes shall be awarded to a person drawn at random from those registering to receive the Heinz Lovesauces email during the three months ending 31st August 2009, 30th November 2008, 28th February 2010 and 31st May 2010 (the “Closing Dates”). No entries shall be accepted after 31st May 2010 and entrants shall only be eligible for one draw. Prize winners will be drawn within 14 days of each of the Closing Dates and notified by post within 28 days of being drawn.
4. Only one entry per household. Multiple entries will deem all affected entries invalid. All entries through third parties or agents are invalid.
5. All entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any requirements set out in any accompanying promotional material.
6. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. A list of prize winners names and counties will be available to those sending a S.A.E. no later than 6 weeks after the closing date to: Heinz Lovesauces email Winners’ List, [insert address].
8. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and/or select an alternative winner in the event the Promoter believes that any entrant has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.
9. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are lost, incomplete, delayed, illegible or damaged. Proof of entry does not constitute proof of receipt.
