Method

  • Heat a pan or wok with the olive oil and add the mushrooms and onion. Cook for 2-3 minutes and add the garlic.
  • Cook for another minute, now mix into the cooked couscous and add the tomatoes and Heinz Salad Cream.
  • Mix well and serve.

  • 500g cooked couscous
  • 100g mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1 small white onion diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 12 cherry tomatoes sliced in half
  • 2-4 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley (optional)
  • 4-6 tablespoons Heinz Salad Cream
