Couscous with wok-fried vegetables

Quick, easy and tasty – especially with a good few dollops of Heinz Salad Cream.
Method
- Heat a pan or wok with the olive oil and add the mushrooms and onion. Cook for 2-3 minutes and add the garlic.
- Cook for another minute, now mix into the cooked couscous and add the tomatoes and Heinz Salad Cream.
- Mix well and serve.
