Try a beef steak wrap with Heinz Salad Cream and a dollop of mustard.

Method

  • Sear the steak in a non-stick pan, on a very high heat for 2-3 minutes each side. Place on a chopping board to rest.
  • Take a wrap and spoon over 1 teaspoon of mustard then add 2 lettuce leaves and slice the tomato in ½ slices and place half on each wrap.
  • Now slice the beef and add ½ to each wrap along with the Heinz Salad Cream.
  • Wrap, cut and serve.

You will need

  • 250g lean steak
  • 2 wraps
  • 2 tablespoons Heinz Salad Cream
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 2 teaspoons Heinz English Mustard
  • 1 plum tomato
